High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens, is now only 20.Vanessa Hudgens hasn’t had much time to change her looks since grabbing the spotlight in her teens.
“I look the same; I don’t think I’ve changed,” she recently told Allure magazine. “But the style has changed a lot.”

Among the topics of discussion: the full-frontal nude photo of then 18-year-old Hudgens, taken privately, but leaked in 2007. She apologized for having posed in it, but the image still circulates online. In the Allure interview, she said the controversy was embarrassing.
“That was a private thing,” Vanessa Hudgens said. “It’s screwed up that someone screwed me over like that.”
The nude photo led to much speculation that Hudgens, still a teenager at the time, had undergone breast augmentation. According to some, her breasts appeared slightly too large for her natural frame. Others felt their shape and perkiness were due to her youth. The plastic surgery rate among teenagers isn’t as high as among adults, but plenty of teens do go under the knife – including celebrities.
“Her breasts do not look augmented to me,” plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn told MakeMeHeal.com. “Vanessa Hudgens is young, so they look perky. She’s probably a B cup.”
Perhaps sad to say, fans recently had a second chance to decide for themselves. According to Allure, another set of risqué photos were leaked online in August.
Hudgens sighed when talking about it. “At least some people are learning from my mistakes,” Vanessa Hudgens said.

Yeah, fashion’s the perfect fit for Lindsay Lohan.

Or at least fashion would be the perfect fit for Lindsay Lohan if Lindsay Lohan was able to show even a basic level of aptitude for it which, judging by the responses to her new collection, she obviously can’t. WWD reports:

The clothes… looked cheesy and dated, as has often been the case chez Ungaro during the post-Emanuel revolving door of designers. Hot pink, orange and flashy, with an overworked heart motif relentless in its execution, the collection displayed none of the promised younger side Lohan was supposed to deliver… Glitter heart pasties all around, ladies?

If you couldn’t really absorb much of that last paragraph, either because you don’t understand the self-regarding impenetrable fashion-speak or because – as in our case – all the self-regarding impenetrable fashion-speak makes you want to repeatedly punch yourself in your own mouth, then let us translate for you. The hope was that the event, a brainchild of Vogue Editor Anna Wintour, would help at the cash register during New York Fashion Week, which opened Thursday.

Poor Oscar de la Renta was reduced to performing a song and dance in his own store — accompanied by Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Barbara Walters — to appease the queen.

And he wasn't the only one. Vogue's European editor at large Hamish Bowles belted out Noel Coward tunes at Juicy Couture. Alexa Joel sang the blues at Elie Tahari, too.

Bergdorf Goodman hosted a designer cookoff between Lela Rose, Peter Som and Cynthia Rowley (who made Jell-o shots much to the crowd's delight) while on another floor, Robert Verdi beat Donna Karan at a fashion trivia contest led by Vogue's Andre Leon Talley.

Nope. In Queens, where Anna appeared with Diane von Furstenberg, Kate Hudson and the mayor himself, Bloomberg recounted trying to turn her down when she first came up with the idea — but “lost totally.”

And if Anna had her way, he'd lose at something else, too. Waiting for Bloomie to arrive in a private room she fumed, “If he doesn't show, Diane and I will run for mayor on a joint ticket and take over the city.”

She could, too, from the looks of the adoring crowd who gathered at the Queens Center Mall's Macy's, where Anna hung out for two and a half hours before heading to Ralph Lauren's bash. “She knows that she has to restore her image,” said Julio Thillet, 34, from the Bronx, on why the Vogue editrix hauled out to the boro. “This is her reaching out to the bottom level, to the masses, like kissing babies.”

Diane Cusimano-Thenkin, a florist from Glendale, came with an offering at Anna's altar: a bunch of purple orchids. “I've been thinking about this bouquet for days,” she gushed.

But no one was more moved than Shailee Shah, 16, a high school student from Queens, who received the Vogue equivalent of sainthood. “Anna told me that she really liked my dress,” she said.

Celeb trainer to the stars, Valerie Waters is famous for her results - Also known as the butts of clients Jennifer Garner and Jessica Biel. Her famous workout weapon is The ValSlide - The Valerie Waters version of a slideboard.
"My clients don't want big quads, so I don't do a lot of heavy weights of leg presses," Waters said. That's where a slideboard comes in. Ranging anywhere from 6-8 feet, the boards are made of a slippery material with two bumper-stops on each end. Get the workout by sliding into a reverse lunge,, sliding back and forth and enjoy the resuls - Keeping the glutes continually tense creates a better "butt" shape and faster than traditional methods. Need to get the board? You can build one for less than $50 or buy one for a couple hundred.

2. Body weight circuit training. The next time you check yourself out in the mirror, realize you have all your answers. This new fitness trend for 2009 is taking itself indoors for the winter months, but the last thing your body will be doing is hibernating. Fitness trainer to stars like Julia Roberts and Drew Barrymore, Kathy Kaehler is an advocate of circuit training. Kaehler uses a series of exercises and movements to target various body parts. Circuits move the exercises one after the other and utilizes body weight as the only form of resistance. Stability balls or mats may also be used.

3. High-intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T). To keep up with the pressure of being famous and being watched at all times, celebs are set to tune into High-Intensity Interval Training for winter workouts. To be utilized indoors, H.I.I.T workouts can be done on any piece of cardio equipment, on an indoor track or incorporated into an already-performed weight or body-weight circuit. Why H.I.I.T? Better results in less time. H.I.I.T training has been proven to increase fat and weight loss while also increasing aerobic capacity better than traditional methods.
